Our automated systems allow us to machine and finish the components of our products in-house, thus providing a strategic advantage to the production process. We boast equipment for testing products and a Research and Development department.
All of the semi-finished parts, made from any material, are manufactured entirely in-house. The company has two fully automatic laser cutting plants.
Considered strategically important to the production phase, most of the standard products are welded by 8 robotised islands.
We can apply different finishes to our fans: sanding, painting, galvanisation, and micro shot peening for materials, such as stainless steel.
Two large sanding plants (automatically working for sizes up to 2000).
The fans paint fi nish is based on a Qualicoat polyester powder coating stoved at 200°C for an average fi lm thickness of 70 microns.
The majority of fans can be subjected to a hot dip galvanization. The standard treatment for stainless steel fans up to size 710 consists of micro shot blasting.
All wheels manufactured by Mz Aspiratori are balanced statically and dynamically in compliance with ISO 21940/11 standard. Make reference to a balancing degree of 6.3.
All fans supplied with alternating current up to a power of 450 KW undergo a running test and relative vibrometric check.
The research and development of new products and production processes, as already mentioned, is the main driving force of the company. Substantial resources are dedicated to product development, which is considered fundamental in order to increase market share by improving quality and at the same time limiting costs.
