Our automated systems allow us to machine and finish the components of our products in-house, thus providing a strategic advantage to the production process. We boast equipment for testing products and a Research and Development department.
The research and development of new products and production processes is the main driving force at the company. MZ has always had two fundamental objectives:
- Develop fans that can be produced through quick, reliable production processes;
- Improve the structural and ventilation performance of fans.
These two different objectives must proceed simultaneously. The design team liaises continually with the Customer Service department, and the effectiveness of this relationship makes the company extremely efficient at making bespoke products and solving problems.
ZLab has transpired from the experience of MZ: the Research and Development department has its own modern, functional structure. MZ Aspiratori has always focused on energy efficiency. The enhancement of the laboratory is another step towards developing the product with a modern, GREEN vision.
Fans are designed through fluid-dynamic modelling, and prototypes are built and physically bench-tested.
